      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So i got my new MSI gtx 950. I install it its nice and tug everything is plugged in i run it and the it give me beep and is stuck frozen on the HP screen that say press ESC for startup menu. Does anyone know what problem in my pc has cuase this. Is it a hardware problem software problem BIOS stuff idk soemone help me. ( *prays that it is hopefully not a hardware problem*)<br />
