I'd like to present the first of (hopefully) many minigames to come from the new Entertainment Council.
Galaxy Ball!!!! It's located in 15,10,5, which will hopefully be a protected sector very soon. The way it works is really quite simple. Everyone uses ships with 100% of their weapon damage converted to a push or pull effect, then you separate into 2 teams and see who can get a flashing ball into the other team's goal. New Recipe System - Get images of all the recipes.

You can get images of the recipe graphs by pressing TAB+O while ingame.

This will create a folder in your StarMade directory called recipeGraphs with images of the recipes.

So StarMade now has Logic Blocks! Aww Yeah. I've been playing with them some - using them on my station and my model of Destiny.

Station: has flashing orange and yellow lights at the trader/manufacturing bays. The Central City Tower has a tall array of lights that flash between Blue and Green. The Display Module in Starmade allows you to write text into the display and also change it's size, colour and even insert some variables that display stats about your ship's systems.

While more variables are planned, you can currently use these variables in the starmade Display Module:

PR-Gaming was the first starmade server I ever put real effort into and I have always though of it as my starmade equivalent of home. Since I left a while ago I have been on a crazy journey around various servers.

On ElwynEternity I built a 17,500,000,000 block ship and smashed through a heavily fortified Star fleet base on a whim before burning the ship in a star.
On a server I can't even remember the name of I (accidentally) collapsed several small server based factions by...

Hardcore Pirates after last Patch

I think its not normal that an 10k Mass ship full of guns can be destroyed by 3 Pirates (AI)...
I did shoot and shoot and hit but nothing happend and i got an 1300 dmg ACM+ 42 Turrets each of it 56 dmg but the blew a hole as big als my Bridge in my ship through the Shield..
Couldt it be that the Pirates on this server are "mean" ???

We are considering a server reset to clear out some of the dead sectors.

If you would like your sector to be exported for use in the new server, please post your co-ordinates here.

MAKE SURE you download your blueprints locally so that you can upload them again in the new server.

We will come up with a way for you to start fresh, most likely existing players will receive bonus funds when the server starts back up.

We are also considering new play styles on the server - comment below if...

This gives an idea of how mental the Starmade server was. The attached graph is all logins to the server. Keep in mind some logins will be from crashes and reconnects - but it's still pretty epic.

This also highlights the importance of ingame admins/moderators - beginning of December I stopped admining/playing.

Also a factor is that I stopped paying for our server to be sponsored (displayed at the top in the sponsored servers list). I think while this definitely would have had an impact...

Ok so I'm going to start off with a few ideas I've had for the Star-Made server. I am but one man so I would like your ideas also, and discussion about mine.

Server's future:

Pretty much the same - change PvP to triple negative sectors only, have spawn start in triple negative (encourage the good guys to convoy new players out to safety, have spawn attack pirates and any one with a home base in triple negatives) clean the db and reload active players.

I just now noticed, PR is like number 40 on the server list! I don't know about everyone else, but I personally liked it when many people played at a time. I voted, K4CAST_ did, some people tried but the captcha wouldn't pass, the story never ends. But in the end, only 2 votes got through! Someone should make like a daily 10 million award for voting, or maybe hardened hull blocks, or something!

Cash Connection Issue

In the last 10 hours I have gone from having 200 million credits to 1.7 billion credits, in that time I have been connectedness from the server twice at roughly 750 mil intervals. Is this just coincidence or some kind of anti cheat system that can't handle my ability to patiently merch non stop.

First and foremost, a lot of protected sectors were reset. I decided to have some fun.
1: left Power of Darkness, planning on leaving server.
2: get better idea, make new faction, declare war on the world.
3: TES Rich and Powerful was stolen(seriously guys, you needed to stop taunting me with that thing)
4: TES Main Shipyard Eldora was destroyed, it's my new home base. (Alpha Weapons manufacturing plant was still a protected sector)
5: general destruction.
