My ArmaII version is 112555, but to join the {PR} server I need to revert to 103718. When I select the 103718 patch in the dropwdown of the downloads menu it first warns me that the current version I have is more recent, and then gives me 'Wrong CD Key' and doesn't continue with the install.

I have run Steam as administrator and then run ArmaII and OA seperately which is supposedly meant to...
